What guides the work
A six-month mentorship program built around six core training courses, a structured orientation and launch, monthly focus exercises, and a closing celebration. A mentor is a listening partner, sounding board, and guide, not someone who hands participants a set of answers.
How we design it
The program combines a participant orientation and launch, six core training courses including Mentor Training, and a closing celebration. Monthly focus exercises, reflection, and small workplace experiments help participants carry the learning between sessions, while optional group trainings can deepen the learning.
What progress looks like
Participants build clarity about their direction, stronger communication and networking habits, sustainable ways to manage capacity, and a concrete 30/60/90-day plan for what comes next.

The complete package includes program orientation and launch, six training courses, program materials, slide decks, a facilitator guide, mentor guides, mentee guides, monthly focus exercises, and a closing celebration.

Three ways to bring it to your organization
Forest-led facilitation
I lead orientation and launch, the six courses, monthly focus exercises, and the closing celebration.
Train the trainer
A six-month delivery and transition engagement. I model the program, prepare your internal trainers, and hand over the guides and materials they need to continue it.
Customized program package
A stand-alone purchase of the full program, tailored to your organization’s goals, language, context, and internal delivery model.
The training arc
Six core courses, framed by mentor preparation, program launch, and a closing celebration.
Mentor Training
Prepare mentors to listen, ask useful questions, support goals, and use the program guides.
Program Orientation and Launch
Welcome participants, set expectations, establish goals, and begin the program together.
Unconscious Bias Training
Examine implicit bias, snap judgments, and whose perspectives are missing, then practice more deliberate decisions.
Resume & Cover Letter Training
Use PAR, Problem, Action, Result, and role-specific evidence to make experience clear to the hiring reader.
Interview Training
Use VSTAR and flexible pocket stories to connect your experience and values to what an interviewer needs to understand.
Values-Based Communication Training
Use CANDOR to connect facts, feelings, needs, requests, and meaning, with practice in listening and responding.
Presentation Skills Training
Make the audience the hero: connect their needs and challenges to solutions, new learning, and outcomes through interaction, structure, and story.
Closing Celebration
Reflect on growth, recognize contributions, and carry the learning into what comes next.
Ways to work together
Bring Mentorship to your organization in the format that fits. I can lead the program directly; deliver it as a six-month train-the-trainer engagement that transitions the work to your internal trainers; or provide a stand-alone, fully customized package for your organization to deliver within its own learning and development model.
Next step
Start with the situation your people are working through. Together, we can identify a useful scope and a way to put the learning into practice.
