Workforce pipelines

Connect entry points, learning, and opportunity into a more coherent workforce system.

What guides the work

Access to opportunity depends on the connections between institutions, supervisors, and the people entering the workforce. We look at the whole pathway and where it becomes difficult to navigate. Equity becomes concrete in who can find the pathway, meet its requirements, and receive support along the way.

How we design it

Listening and process mapping identify gaps in recruitment, onboarding, and development. Partners help shape shared tools, clear responsibilities, and pathways suited to the agency’s capacity.

What progress looks like

Clearer entry points, more consistent support, and stronger ownership across the pathway. Measures can include applications, participation, onboarding experience, and where people encounter barriers.

Ways to work together

Listening, program design, partnership development, and implementation support.

Next step

Start with the situation your people are working through. Together, we can identify a useful scope and a way to put the learning into practice.

Funding figures describe identified potential at program maturity, not realized revenue. Program examples describe the scope of work, not independently audited causal outcomes.
